June is going to be a busy month:

• June 14 - NO KINGS.

• June 18 - our monthly meeting at the Tri-Community Education Center in Royal Oak Township at 6:30 p.m. (Venue is subject to change. Stay tuned.)

• June 19 - DSOC is a sponsor of the Oak Park Juneteenth celebration.

• June 28 - DSOC is a sponsor of the Berkley Pride event

Later in June we expect to work with precinct delegates and others to knock some doors to promote the permanent absentee ballot list and voter registration. (Permanent absentee voters tend to vote more often, and we will surely need a big turnout in August and November.)

And it’s not too late to become a precinct delegate—you can be a write-in candidate! Drop a note to us at demsofsoc@gmail.com for details.
