The purpose of the Democrats of South Oakland County is to promote the philosophy of the Democratic Party; help elect Democrats to public office; promote the betterment of our communities, county and state; and to protect the U.S. Constitution against authoritarian attacks. These objectives shall be facilitated through club committees, the Democratic precinct delegates living in Oak Park, Huntington Woods, Royal Oak Township and Berkley, and like-minded individuals who seek to work in common cause to achieve jointly held community goals.
