Our November 18 meeting will again be on Zoom and will feature Professor Mike Whitty. He is a retired Professor from UD Mercy who taught labor relations and labor law.  His topic will be Threats to Democracy 2022. He will lead a discussion on practical action steps we can take to push back against far-right extremism.

Our precinct delegate liaisons, Laurie Lisi and Glenda Stainback, will talk about how you can take an active role in protecting our democracy by becoming a precinct delegate. They will begin the process of registering current precinct delegates who want to run again in 2022 for their position and recruiting new precinct delegates to run. The election for precinct delegates will be during the August 2022 primary. Try to bring a friend or two to our meeting. We need to expand our base.
