Join us for our monthly meeting. We will hear from Regent Jordan Acker and Commissioner Charlie Cavell, along with important information about the Michigan Democratic Party Endorsement Convention and Precinct Delegates.

We will be writing postcards to people who are not currently signed up for Permanent Absentee status, encouraging them to enroll. If you are able, please consider bringing a sheet of postcard stamps to help support this effort.

We will also be collecting donations for The HelpNet (thehelpnet.org), which supports families affected by ICE. If you would like to contribute, they are currently in need of the following items:

• Canned diced tomatoes

• Medium grain rice

• Dried black beans

• Flour

• Sugar

• Spaghetti

• Vegetable oil

• Diapers (especially toddler sizes, such as 5 or 6)

• Toothpaste

• Deodorant
